My goal is to provide my clients with the best therapeutic experience possible in a comfortable, secure environment.

“The body tells a story.

It is, in fact, a living

autobiography.”

~ Elaine Maryland

The autobiography of the body tells the story of its adaptations to tension, trauma, achievement and growth. These adaptations can occur at any point in our lifetime, sometimes influencing us beyond their usefulness. Through bodywork, we aim to mitigate the effects of tension and trauma while enhancing achievement and growth. In doing so, we strive for the balance and fluidity of a healthy body.

My goal is to provide my clients with the best therapeutic experience possible in a comfortable, secure environment. Using different modalities of bodywork, I can tailor each session to fit the individual needs of the client. I adhere to the professional ethics and guidelines set forth by the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals, of which I am a member. I have received training from the nationally acclaimed Lauterstein-Conway Massage School. I am a practicing licensed massage therapist with the State of Texas.
